This caterpillar above was hidden in a web on the leaf of Andira inermis (Cabbage Tree). The hairless one below (left picture) seen on a separate occasion was in the open on the leaf of Guioa pleuropteris (Medang Putih). Five days later, I found a hairy caterpillar (picture right) at the same spot. I suspect the hairy one is an advance instar of the hairless caterpillar. Another 6 days later, there was a empty cocoon at the same location.
